Victoria McGrath, General Manager
Victoria McGrath brings more than 22 years of experience in private and community-based health facilities to her role as General Manager of The Sports Club/LA - San Francisco. Ms. McGrath was previously the Director at LifeStyleRx and a consultant to several medical fitness centers. She also held management positions at Bally Total Fitness, Clubcorp USA, and the San Francisco Tennis Club. At the San Francisco Bay Club, she was a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and fitness director.
Vicki received her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from San Francisco University and holds an ACSM certification. She also volunteers with organizations such as Healthy Lifestyle Committee and Wellness Council.
Alison Thurston, Assistant General Manager
Alison Thurston brings considerable experience in club operations and management from the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle to her role as Assistant General Manager. Prior to Four Seasons, Alison spent 12 years at The Sports Club Company where she was an Assistant General Manager in NY and Orange Country, CA. With her success at the club level she was asked to bring her managerial skills to the Spa division and became the Spa Director, and quickly was promoted to the Corporate Spa Director, overseeing all Spa operations for the clubs in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Orange County and New York. Alison attended Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing.
