Trish Berry, General Manager
Trish Berry brings more than two decades of customer service experience in the hospitality industry to her role as General Manager. She most recently served as a Member Experience consultant for the company, helping to analyze member satisfaction and membership attrition. Previously, she was General Manager of Washington's Hotel Monaco, part of the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group. Ms. Berry began her luxury hospitality career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she worked in managerial roles for twenty years in several locations around the world.
Ms. Berry earned a BA in Elementary Education from Clemson University in South Carolina.
Janette Coffee, Assistant General Manager
Janette brings a passion for health and wellness combined with over 10 years hospitality management experience to her role as Assistant General Manager of The Sports Club/LA Washington, DC. Janette began her career with Sports Club/LA as a Membership Director in our Washington, DC, club. She then went on to successfully lead the sales team as Sales Manager at our Miami club before returning to Washington, DC.
