Trish Berry, General Manager
Trish Berry brings more than two decades of customer service experience in the hospitality industry to her role as General Manager. She most recently served as a Member Experience consultant for the company, helping to analyze member satisfaction and membership attrition. Previously, she was General Manager of Washington's Hotel Monaco, part of the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group. Ms. Berry began her luxury hospitality career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she worked in managerial roles for twenty years in several locations around the world.
Ms. Berry earned a BA in Elementary Education from Clemson University in South Carolina.
Travis Murray, Assistant General Manager
Travis Murray brings a passion for health and fitness combined with over 10 years of management experience to his role as Assistant General Manager. Previously, he served as a General Manager for nearly three years with Boston Sports Clubs. Throughout his management career in multiple industries, Travis has been recognized and awarded for his drive and methods of improving customer experience and satisfaction. Travis holds a B.A. in English & Theater Arts from Clark University where he swam competitively.
