Fitness & Mind Body
Our Private Trainers participate in our Institute for Movement, Performance and Career Training (IMPACT) before working with any Club clients. Our IMPACT Training course is designed to ensure we provide our Members with the most qualified and professional trainers in the industry. Our in-house continuing education program includes workshops on:
