Our clubs bring together dynamic instructors, recognized as leaders in the industry, to fill a schedule with variety and some of the newest trends in group exercise. You'll find classes and workshops to fit your interests, experience, and schedule.

Explore cardio, dance, muscle conditioning, and sport-specific classes, in studios designed for the needs of specific activities. Specialized flooring, lighting, temperature, and music combine to create the optimal experience. For more personalized instruction, we also offer one-on-one Group Exercise instruction. Work one-on-one with an instructor, or bring a friend and enjoy a duet session.
