Working with your private trainer, even your fitness goals will become more defined! We've brought together the nation's top professional private trainers, holding degrees in exercise science or related fields, and/or certification from ACSM, NASM, and NSCA. When your membership begins, take advantage of complimentary sessions with a private trainer. Your private trainer will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, and goals to design a personalized program to meet your needs, and with various levels of private trainers, you'll be matched with one best able to help you achieve your goals. Combine weight training, cardio, and flexibility, then continue to update your personal program as you set new goals for yourself. Please contact the Fitness Desk at your preferred Club to schedule a session or purchase a package.
